Where can I buy Family Chronicle?
Family Chronicle is available by subscription and at a few genealogical supply outlets. To subscribe visit our online store. Family Chronicle can also be found on certain newsstands, including Barnes and Noble and Books a Million. In Canada it is available from Chapters bookstores.

Family Chronicle is also available from the Apple iTunes store in single copy or subscription format for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices. PLEASE NOTE: Moorshead Magazines does not maintain the iTunes single-copy or subscription transactions: these are maintained through PocketMags.com. We cannot answer queries about sales of single copies or subscriptions purchased through iTunes (PocketMags.com).

How much does it cost to subscribe?
Regular subscription rates are listed on our subscription order form. You may subscribe for one year for $30, two years for $49 or three years for $69 (plus appicable taxes on Canadian orders). Outside of the US and Canada, you may subscribe for one year for $45, two years for $80 or three years for $115 (prices in US dollars).

When can I expect my first issue?
Once we receive your order, we process it immediately. The standard delivery time is 4-6 weeks. If you order your new subscription in the first month of the issue, your subscription will start with the current issue. For example, if you subscribed in May, your first issue would be the May/June issue. New subscriptions ordered in the latter month of an issue will start with the following issue. For example, if you subscribed in June, your first issue would be the July/August issue.

When in the month will my magazine arrive?
We try to arrange for the magazines to be on the newsstands and for subscribers to receive their copies in the first week of the first month on the cover (i.e. September/October issue on 1 September).

What if my magazine doesn't arrive?
If you are missing an issue, please contact us via e-mail or call toll-free 1-888-326-2476.

How do I order a gift subscription?
Visit our on-line shopping cart make your selection for the term of the subscription, and complete the necessary ordering information and recepient's complete name and mailing address in the appropriate area of the form. you can even enter a short message in the comment field of the order page and Family Chronicle will send a card to the gift recipient.

How do I renew my subscription?
Visit our on-line shopping cart make your selection for the term of the subscription and complete the necessary ordering information. If available, enter the six digit subscriber code from the mailing label (upper left corner) on your issue's delivery bag in the comment area of the order form.

How do I report a change of address?
Notify the Circulation Department via e-mail, or call 1-888-326-2476. Please allow 3-6 weeks for your address change to appear on your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Notify the Circulation Department by calling 1-888-326-2476. A refund will be issued for all unmailed copies remaining on your subscription.

Family Chronicle is published by Moorshead Magazines Ltd. The publisher is Edward Zapletal. The founding president and former publisher is Halvor Moorshead. Family Chronicle is based in Ajax, Ontario, Canada. The Niagara Falls address is a mail drop box; we do not have offices in Niagara Falls. We consider ourselves to be North American: 90 percent of the circulation is in the US, 9 percent in Canada and one percent elsewhere.
